Yarra Valley, Victoria

Inspired by the darker rosado wines of Italy, Clairet wines of Bordeaux and rose wines of Tavel. Tastes of red fruits; macerated strawberry, ripe raspberry and rhubarb. Florals of rose petal and red frogs. Palate is slurpy, both crunchy and soft. Mouth filling and moreish.
