Otway Hinterland, Victoria

Picked between the 23rd of March and 14th of April, this wine was fermented with indigenous/wild yeast, with about ten percent of the blend as whole bunch ferments. It was aged for 10 months in French Oak with twenty-five percent new barrels.  Bottled without fining or filtration. 13.1% alc. 120 dozen made.

As with all of the “Heroes” wines there were no winemaking additions except for sulphur, so this is the truest and most honest representation of our vineyard’s terroir that we can give.
